Where are your products sold?
We manufacturer our printers at our facility in Chelmsford, MA, and ship them all over the world. We have customers in over 90 countries worldwide, and we work with customers directly in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Central & South America, and the Caribbean. We have experienced & knowledgeable dealers in various parts of the world.
Since you sell in Mexico, South America and the Carribean, do you have staff members that speak Spanish?
Yes…one of our full time employees speaks Spanish and is here to assist in answering your questions and providing long term support.
What types of companies use your digital foil printers?
Our customers are small, medium, and large specialty printers. What materials can not be printing using these printers?
Materials that can not be foil stamped include glass, cloth,ceramic, metal, UV coated papers, silicone, and rubber.
What are the limitations of digital foil printing?
Since this process does not use the force of a traditional printing press, it is difficult to print on grainy materials. There are also UV coated materials that are not receptive to foil printing.
Items must be relatively smooth and completely flat. They may also require fixturing to ensure that they lie flat and make contact with the printhead.
